At Meraki, every product is prepared with intention — from the sourcing of ingredients to the hands that pack each order. We stand behind the quality of what we create. If something is not right, we want to make it right.

General Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the conditions outlined below.

Condition of Returns

Sealed & Unopened Products

Products that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for a full return or exchange.

Opened Products — No Returns Accepted

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, capsules and superfood smoothie blends that have been opened cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all ingestible products in the Meraki range, including:

• Moringa Capsules

• Ashwagandha Capsules

• Any other capsule or tablet supplement

• Superfood Smoothie Blend powders

• Tea infusions and wellness blends

Once the seal is broken, we are unable to accept the product back under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding — this policy exists to protect every person who chooses to welcome Meraki into their wellness ritual.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photograph of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address

1. Products must be shipped back in their original packaging within 5 days of approval

1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a Meraki error

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on sealed, unopened products subject to availability. If you wish to exchange a product, please indicate this when initiating your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Any opened capsules, tablets, or powder blends

• Products purchased during a sale or promotional period (unless defective)

• Gift sets that have been partially opened or used

• Items returned outside the 14-day window
